Warm the tin in your hands briefly to soften the balm in cooler conditions. Scoop a small amount and apply evenly to exposed skin. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying. The listed instructions say to apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. For water sports or high-activity use, apply generously and ensure full coverage before exposure.

For external use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly with clean water if contact occurs. If irritation or rash develops, discontinue use. Do not use on broken, damaged or sunburned skin. This product does not prevent sunburn entirely; limit prolonged sun exposure and reapply regularly. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Contains coconut oil and beeswax; check the listed ingredients if you have known sensitivities. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The balm may soften in high temperatures. Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use.
