RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Earthly Align, we want you to love everything you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hello@earthlyalign.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will assess your request and provide you with the appropriate returns address and instructions
  4. Once authorised, securely package your item and send it to the address provided

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be processed.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
  • If you paid using Klarna or Clearpay, refunds will be processed in accordance with their respective terms

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@earthlyalign.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty:

  • Opened skincare, bath or beauty products
  • Opened essential oils
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Personalised or custom items
