At Earthly Align we aim to get your natural wellness products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
We offer the following delivery option for all UK addresses:

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take slightly longer than standard estimated times.
European Delivery
We ship to selected European countries. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
Multi-Location Fulfilment
Earthly Align works with a number of trusted suppliers to bring you a wide range of natural products. As a result, products from the same order may be dispatched from different locations and arrive in separate parcels. You will receive individual dispatch notifications for each parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Not all services include full tracking – Standard Delivery may only include confirmation of delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Earthly Align cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@earthlyalign.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
