Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Please check our Shipping Policy for current free shipping thresholds and delivery options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to EU countries and beyond. International delivery times vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes – once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love everything you receive from Earthly Align. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
How do I start a return?
Please contact us at hello@earthlyalign.com with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process.
Are there any items I cannot return?
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: body care products, candles, soaps, and food/supplement items. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us at hello@earthlyalign.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
Products
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan – please check the individual product listing for certification details. Products containing beeswax or other animal-derived ingredients are clearly labelled.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We stock a wide range of natural and gentle products suitable for sensitive skin. Always check the ingredients list and safety notes on each product page, and patch test before use if you have known sensitivities.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Our Earthly Align Gift Card is the perfect gift for anyone who loves natural living.
