  • Use one teaspoon per cup
  • Heat water to 100°C
  • Infuse for 3 minutes 
  • Drink with or without milk 
  • Add a good honey to sweeten2-3 grams per 200 ml at 90ºC-95ºC and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Add milk or plant-based substitute.
