- Use one teaspoon per cup
- Heat water to 100°C
- Infuse for 3 minutes
- Drink with or without milk
- Add a good honey to sweetenBrew one teaspoon per cup of water at 80–90°C. Steep for 5–7 minutes for a smooth, naturally sweet infusion. Rooibos can be re-steeped multiple times, making it economical and perfect for all-day sipping. Serve hot or chilled over ice.
