Brewing Instructions

  • Use one teaspoon per cup
  • Heat water to 100°C
  • Infuse for 3 minutes 
  • Drink with or without milk 
  • Add a good honey to sweetenSteep one teaspoon of Red Bush Digestive Tea in freshly boiled water (100°C) for 5–7 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. The longer you brew, the more pronounced the fennel and anise notes become. For best flavour, use filtered water and allow the blend to fully infuse. You can re-steep the same leaves once or twice more, as rooibos releases its flavour gradually and improves with each infusion. Enjoy hot, or allow to cool and serve over ice for a refreshing summer alternative. No added sweetener is needed—the natural sweetness of rooibos shines through beautifully on its own.
