Ingredients

Aroma, freeze-dried raspberry, mallow, nettle, freeze-dried blueberry, Pu erh red tea, mate, carrot, calendula, freeze-dried strawberry

Brewing Instructions

  • Use one teaspoon per cup
  • Heat water to 100°C
  • Infuse for 3 minutes 
  • Drink with or without milk 
  • Add a good honey to sweetenSteep 1 teaspoon of blend per cup of freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy. For a lighter infusion, reduce steeping time to 3–4 minutes. Best served hot, though it can be chilled for iced tea. Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight to preserve flavour and aroma.
