Sow & Grow: Sow thinly outside 1.5 cm deep into finely prepared, well watered and drained soil. Allow 30 cm between rows. Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days.

Thin by harvesting young carrots early, leaving the rest to grow on.

Alternatively sow thinly in 25 cm pots that have drainage holes with compost. Harvest when roots are approximately 10 cm long.

TIPS: Water well until plants are established. Sow every 2-3 weeks for a continuous supply of young roots. Early sowings may benefit from cloche protection.
